Screener expiry is set by the sender of the screener. Once the screener has expired, it can be renewed only by the sender.

To request access from the sender:

Click Request Access on the video thumbnail
Enter your email address and message to the sender. Screenshot below for your reference:



Click Request Access. The sender of the screener will be notified of your request.
You will receive an email once the screener access has been renewed.

Alternatively, you can also reach out to the sender directly. The sender's email address can be found in the signature section of the screener email.

Note: Indee is not authorized to renew expired screeners on behalf of the senders.
