Subscription Cycle on Indee

All plans on Indee are billed monthly on a per-project basis, allowing you to only pay for the projects you actively use.

How does our billing cycle work?

• Each project is billed based on its activation date; for example, a plan that started on April 12 will get renewed on May 12

• Plans get renewed at 00:00 (12:00 am) UTC on their renewal date

• If you change your plan during a subscription cycle, your renewal date will change according to your new plan

• We will send you a consolidated payment receipt on the 3rd of every month

What happens when you change your plan during a billing cycle?

Upgrading your subscription plan:
When you upgrade your subscription plan before or mid-cycle, your new plan and all its features will activate immediately. Any unused balance from your previous plan will be refunded.

Downgrading your subscription plan:
When you downgrade your subscription plan before or mid-cycle, your previous plan and all its features will be active until the end of its billing cycle.

Cancelling your subscription plan:
When you cancel your subscription plan in the middle of a billing cycle, your previous plan and all its features will be active until the end of its billing cycle.
