Accessing Digital Screeners with Two Factor Authentication (2FA)

To access a phone-authenticated screener:

• Hover on the video thumbnail.
• Click on the Play Icon.
• In the dialogue box that opens up, select the country code by clicking on the drop-down box, as seen in the image below, and enter your phone number.
• Click on Get Code.
• Enter the verification code that has been shared with your phone number and click Unlock.
• The screener would begin playing once the phone number is verified.

In case you haven't received the verification code on your phone, wait for the countdown displayed below the Verification Code box to finish, and it will show you a Get a call instead? option. Please click on it to receive the verification code by call.

Note:

• Once a phone number is entered, it is bound to the screener and cannot be changed.
• Requesting for the verification codes in quick succession, might get you locked out. In such cases, you would have to wait up to an hour before you can generate verification codes again.
