How to receive the screener verification code by call?
To receive the verification code for a phone-authenticated screener by call:
Click Authenticate & Play on the video thumbnail
Wait for the countdown below the Verify button to finish, it will change to a Call Instead link
Click Call Instead to receive the verification code over a call
Note:
Once a phone number is entered, it is bound to a screener and cannot be changed. You must reach out to the sender of the screener to request for a new screener link if you’d like to use a different phone number.
Requesting for the verification codes repeatedly in quick succession, might get locked out, in such cases, you would have to wait up to an hour before you can generate verification codes again.
