Updating a Screener Room
Oftentimes, recipients fail to view their screeners within the stipulated time or run out of views, and are faced with an expired screener. To avoid duplication and the unnecessary hassle of creating new screeners for the same recipients, we devised a way to update screener’s expiry dates.
You can choose to update the screener room details (Start/Expiry times, Number of views) by clicking on the blue Update Screener Room button. Any change made here will apply to all the videos within the screener room. Make adjustments as required and hit ‘update’ to reinstate the recipient’s access to the screener room.
Note:
* It is not possible to update details of screener rooms scheduled for the future.
* Forensic screeners cannot be updated 30 days after their expiry.
If you'd like to update the screener for a specific video within the screener room, click on the video listing.
